Hi all! Well I'm here in Louisiana going through some things with child support right now. I had to file with my state support enforement before I could do anything. I go to court again on Monday (mind you I was there just last month) to probably hear the same bull from last time. When I talked to the case worker she informed me that there are laws in place but its hard to enforce them!!!! I tried to hire a lawyer but the fees were way to high and being that I'm a full time student and unemployed I could not afford it. So can you ladies tell me if that Child Support thing work even with my "new" case?
