I began looking at her prior to getting married…to see the image of noble woman and have a model to aspire to. I have been mystified by all that the Proverbs 31 woman did…all while utilizing the tools and resources of antiquity. If she could achieve all that she did in one day several millennia ago, what is our excuse today? When I look at the Proverbs 31 woman, I do not just look at her as a wife...but as a project manager.
We must take the time to look in the mirror and first realize that, “this is the only you, that you get…so you better take care of yourself.” And if we have this perspective, about our body, what we do with our bodies, and what we expose our bodies to-we can not help but put our bodies best interest at heart at all times. This may be old news to some, but it is always good to reiterate the importance of the beauty that God has given us in our bodies.
