Stepping Out With Samantha Shoes

Samantá Joseph is the dynamic owner/creator of Samantá Shoes.  Hiyaah Power spoke with Samantá to find out what inspired the creation of her business.  "I'm from Guyana, South America, and as a kid, during the summer, my mother would hire someone to make our shoes.  I would be able to see my idea brought to life."  "This has been a long time dream..."

Samantáshoes.com specializes in shoes that provide women a balance between quality, comfort, and style. We bring personality to shoes. Be prepared to be swept off your feet by our personal touch and sensible shoes that "multi-task" and make sense. All products are manufactured in Brazil.  Samantáshoes.com captures the elegance of traditional South American culture combined with the trendy and modern styles of New York City. By intermingling the exotic with the á la mode, Samantáshoes.com brings salvation to women that are passionate about shoes.

Ms. Joseph serves as an inspiration to all women who pursued the practical and ventured out on faith to follow their dreams.  Being raised in a strong household that valued a solid and practical education, Samantá pursued a degree in Information Technology.  She was told that "after graduation, I could do what I wanted to do."  Samantá then decided to strike out and move toward her passion.  "I wanted to see how far I could go...at least I will know that I tried."

Many of us do know the rudimentary basics to starting a business...or at least where to find those resources.  Samantá demonstrates a key point that is often overlooked in business startup planning courses--you must walk in faith.  Although operating and maintaining a profitable business is a continuous learning process, Samantá intimates that she "prays a lot" to keep herself going.  "The fact that I get to live my dream on a daily basis is so rewarding to me."

Hiyaah Power says kudos to Samantá for showing that we can still strut our stuff in stilettos and maintain our power simultaneously.  Please be sure to check out Samantá Shoes on the web.  Click here.
